Refund & Return Policy

At Kidlify, we want you and your little ones to love every item you purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Note: Certain items such as personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@kidlify.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in our return authorization email.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was received damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Rejected Returns: If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may return it back to you.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for orders where the item was damaged or defective.
4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kidlify.com with photos of the damage. We will work to replace the item or issue a full refund as needed.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check with Your Bank or Card Issuer: Refunds may take additional time to be processed by your bank.
  2. Contact Us: If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@kidlify.com for assistance.
